A rare disease company in the respiratory space was experiencing a temporary peak in communication activities.


A long relation with the client made MSC the natural choice for supporting communication efforts. MSC had previously helped the client build a rare disease profile and had completed a valuation project of the client’s asset portfolio. A comprehensive 12-month plan was created for the client where all communication activities were gathered – such as press releases, quarterly reports, AGM, conference attendance, newsletters, etc. – together with assignment to the client’s organization or MSC depending on expected workload. What started out as a temporary staffing assignment was later converted to a continuous IR support function for the client’s Communication Manager.
